Project Overview:
This project integrates a column ultrafiltration (UF) system into Taiyuan Steel’s energy and power plant to ensure high-quality industrial water supply. The treatment process combines pre-treatment aeration tanks, high-density filters, V-type filters, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis (RO) to achieve exceptional water clarity and reliability. With a total of 1,008 UF membrane modules, the system operates at an industry-leading flux of 46.93 LMH, delivering stable effluent turbidity <0.1 NTU.
