This project employs OriginWater’s UF (Ultrafiltration) - DF (Ultra-Low Pressure Nanofiltration) dual-membrane process, marking China’s first fully self-developed high-quality drinking water system using domestically produced nanofiltration membrane elements. The treated water quality surpasses the latest national standards, with energy consumption 20% lower than industry averages. As a National Key R&D Program demonstration project under the 13th Five-Year Plan, it sets a benchmark for municipal water supply upgrades and addresses growing public demand for premium drinking water16.
