Project Background:
During coal mining operations, wastewater is generated from underground strata. In 2021, China's coal production reached 4.13 billion tons, yielding approximately 8.2 billion cubic meters of mine drainage water (compared to 104.96 billion m³ of industrial water consumption nationwide). Treating and reusing mine drainage water not only prevents environmental pollution but also mitigates water resource waste.
Project Outcomes:
The project effectively resolved water supply challenges for industrial and domestic use in the industrial park, minimizing mine drainage water waste and maximizing water availability for production needs.
