  1. Single-layer membrane element limit‌:

    • Maximum ‌56 membrane elements‌ per single-layer installation
      (Definition: "Single layer" refers to vertically stacked elements within one membrane unit)

  2. Membrane unit capacity formula‌:

    Total elements per unitn(number of layers)×56

    (Typical layer range: 1n6, validated by ANSI/ASME B31.3 axial load limits)

  3. Process gallery configuration‌:

    • Maximum ‌10 membrane units‌ per process gallery
      (Gallery width must satisfy: Wgallery1.5×Wunit for CIP access)

    For corrugated flat-sheet membrane modules:‌
    • Layer 1 module frame‌: Effective water depth: 1.8~2.2m (typically used in small-scale equipment)
    • Layer 2 module frame‌: Effective water depth: 2.4~2.8m (commonly applied in integrated wastewater treatment units)
    ‌• Layer 3 module frame‌: Effective water depth: 3.2~3.6m
    ‌• Layer 4 module frame‌: Effective water depth: 4~4.5m (Layer 3-4 mainly for municipal wastewater projects)
    ‌• Layer 5 module frame‌: Effective water depth: 4.8~5.4m
